Do you have experienced staff? 

Our staff receives technical training and continuously learns from manufacturers.  Over 30% of our staff has been at HB Group for ten years or more.  The continuity of our staff means better service for you.

What if I want to buy what I rented?

HB Group is affiliated with HB Communications, Inc.  Since HB Communications sells almost everything HB Group rents, we can help you purchase the right equipment for your needs.  Additionally, we occasionally make our rental equipment available for sale.  Ask your account executive about these sales, or visit our Used Equipment page.

What kind of services can you provide?

Essentially, any event that involves sound or video can benefit from our services.

HB Group does it all. We provide sound, video, lighting, AV and technical production for your show or event. Additionally, we can broadcast your event to the Internet – live from location and/or archived for later broadcast.

What if I only need accessories for my own equipment?

Call us with the make and model of your equipment.  We'll rent you just what you need. We'll also ensure that it works - period.

Can you handle SMALL events?

Many clients hear about HB Group and assume that we don't want to deal with their smaller events.  Nothing is further from the truth.  We give every project and rental the same attention and professional service.  We'll work with your budget and expectations to deliver the best possible results.

How do you compare to other AV rental houses?

Scope:  HB Group has a broad inventory.  Many of the local rental companies cross-rent equipment from us. 

Size: We may have a large staff and inventory, but that only allows us to better serve more clients with the same great service.

Cost: While other AV rental companies may be slightly less expensive, HB provides you with experience and service well worth the investment.
